I have used DBScribe to generate documentation for my oracle tables. I found it be very useful. Only disadvantage is that it is very memory intensive. I am having 512 Mb RAM in my PC. When I ran it for all the objects of a schema and chose MS Word as a format for the documentation the system hangs when it is building the file. I had to chose the CHM
format. One more suggestion I would like to give is that there should be an option select or deselect schema objects in one go instead of going about clicking them one by one.
